VTRON’s trainings cover installation, hardware, software operations and administration and troubleshooting. During training, a blend of useful operation manuals, hands-on exercises, question and answer session are provided. Training sessions can be taken place in your countries or VTRON’s headquarters in Guangzhou, China.

Equipment maintenance services

During maintenance period, VTRON Engineers deliver professional maintenance either through remote diagnostic or onsite support. VTRON’s professional service experts provide you with prompt phone and on-line support. Our Technical Centre is at your service for any professional assistance. 

Software and firmware Upgrade

Keeping up with video wall software and firmware upgrade can enhance interoperability, video quality and content sharing. We offer professional advice on software upgrade and perform remote software upgrade with valid hardware and software keys upon customer request. 


Technical Support Centre

For any technical issues, distributors may contact VTRON Hong Kong Technical Support Centre directly. The Technical Support Centre is a central hub for technical support, repair services, spare parts supply. In most cases, our experienced Engineers can offer prompt support by means of remote diagnosis and trouble shooting. Our sufficient stock level of replacement parts and swap units allow us to provide faster resolution.
